My favorite restaurant. I often have lunch here, and every time it is such a pleasure. The dishes are incredibly refined, always seasonal, fresh, and very nourishing. It is important for me that I can always find high-quality protein, fiber, and good carbohydrates here, food that makes you feel truly well afterwards. I also want to mention the atmosphere: this place has its own history, character, and very special mood. You can really feel it. A huge thank you to the wonderful and stylish owner for creating a place like this. Honestly, it is hard to find something like this even in Switzerland or New York. The value for money is amazing.
