Amazing sogus experience. I believe it is the best place in Izmir to grab a local taste. The owner boils the lamb heads for three to four hours, lets them cool and slices them thinly for the perfect tongue-cheek-brain trio in your mouth! It is a bit pricey depending on how much brain you want in your wrap, but it is definitely worth it. If you want extra brain to make your wrap more creamy and luscious, and drink an "ayran", it will cost you 25 TRY.
